All of our hats come with a 60 day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date you receive your hat. We will either replace or repair your hat at our discretion. Paulmann Hats is not responsible for items that have been damaged through customer use, abuse, or accidents.
As a reminder, these hats are handmade of natural fibers so there are limits to the wear and tear they can take during usage and storage (they need to be stored in their natural form). They are like any other clothing accessory which wear with time and use and can incur damage like tears, holes, and stains. Additionally, slight differences in the shape, color and weave will exist. These are not defects, but underline the originality of the hats
All shipments will be insured so any packages delivered damaged should be refused so that a claim can be filed by us. If you accept a package that is determined to be damaged after receipt, you will need to contact the shipper directly to file a claim and get reimbursement. Either way, you should contact us per below so that we can help resolve the issue.
You may return your product in its original condition and shipping materials within 14 days from the date you received your item(s) for a credit which can then be applied to another purchase. A restocking fee of 10% is applicable unless the item is defective, damaged, the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
You are responsible for all shipping charges. But if the return is the result of our error, you will not be charged for shipping of the replacement product.
